Changed your mailing address? Need to add or remove an Officer/Director?
Let us file your amendments!
Amendments can be filed for a variety of items such as a change in address from when you started or perhaps you added more investors that are now taking a role of control for your brewery. We can file your license amendments at our hourly rate, contact us for an estimate on your specific project!
More examples of brewery license amendments:
- Premise expansion – Are you thinking of expanding your brewery into the suite next door? Adding more equipment?
- Contract brewing – are you contract brewing for another brewery? You will need to reflect this on your licensing paperwork. If you are interested in having someone contract brew for you, you will need a Wholesaler’s license or a beer manufacturer’s license to take possession of that beer.
- Alternating proprietorship – if you have an alt prop agreement with another brewery to use your equipment, your current brewers notice and licensing paperwork should be updated to show the reduced space or for the brewery applying for a license, their allotted space in your brewery.
Changes like listed above need to be reported to both TTB and your local Alcohol Beverage Control to reflect these changes within 30 days from the time of change.
